Overview Of Role
Reporting to the Director of Organizational Development and Community Impact, the Talent and Community Coordinator will support the team in delivering a world-class employee experience, working closely with our nonprofit partners, building internal and external community and connection, and providing support for Organization Development processes and initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

Reflect and role model BOA’s vision, values and Leadership Model and demonstrate passion for our mission across the People & Culture team and rest of the organization

Assist with the coordination of community and career exposure events with nonprofit partners

Collaborate with BOA’s ‘Backyard Committee’ and support the planning and execution of internal events that build connection, encourage health and wellbeing, and volunteering

Facilitate the BOA Grant Program and BOA Match programs

Play a key role in coordinating social impact tracking and reporting for the P&C team

Coordinate the P&C team’s internal communication calendar, ensuring that we share content that inspires connection, keeps our global team informed, and improves awareness and visibility to events and to P+C initiatives

Provide coordination and hands‑on support for Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, including scheduling and conducting phone screens, L&D workshops, conducting office tours for candidates, and scheduling New Hire Orientations

Assist with Organization Development reporting and insights

Provide project coordination and support of the Global People and Culture operating plans

Required Qualifications

1+ year experience, in a Non‑Profit, or People & Culture related role

Experience coordinating volunteer programs

Ability to connect and build relationships across diverse groups of people

Interested in a career in Talent, People & Culture, and / or Social Impact

Ability to communicate clearly and constructively – written, verbal, and interpersonal

Organizational skills and experience, including scheduling and event coordination

Ability to attend events outside of core working hours (flexibility is provided), a desire to connect with employees in the office, and a flexible approach to a hybrid working environment

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Demonstrated computer literacy, including experience with PowerPoint and Excel

Strong English language skills

A passion for continuously learning and seeking out new approaches

Desired Qualifications

Previous experience supporting recruitment or HR processes (scheduling, candidate communication, phone screens, etc.)

Education in Social impact or Organization Development, or a willingness to undertake further education

Overview Of Compensation And Benefits

Budgeted salary range: $55,000 – $60,000

We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees with similar experience in the same or similar role

This role is also eligible for a 10% annual bonus

For the majority of the Denver team, a hybrid approach is taken with the option to use a mix of remote work, and in‑office connection days on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Connection Days are where we’re all encouraged to go into the office and reconnect, even if you do not need to access specific equipment or product to do your job. Staying connected is really important, both for your mental health and to continue fostering our amazing BOA community

Some roles will require 4-5 days/week in the office if access is needed to product, equipment, specialized technology etc. We will review any job‑specific requirements during the interview process
