Compassionate Hospice Pet Therapy Volunteer

Beacon Brook Health Center is seeking compassionate individuals for the volunteer role of Pet Therapy Hospice Volunteer in Shelton, Connecticut. Responsibilities include providing emotional support to hospice patients and their families, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and committing at least one hour weekly for a minimum of six months. Experience is not required as training will be provided. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a certified therapy animal.
