Our hotel is a 1,230‑room property located near the world‑famous Duke Kahanamoku Statue, just steps from Waikiki Beach. The Spa Concierge hosts and fosters an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. Primary responsibilities include scheduling treatments, guest registration, processing payments for room charges, credit cards, and cash, managing spa reservations for deluxe packages or individual treatments, and providing product and treatment recommendations. The role promotes wellness and serves as the final point of contact for an authentic spa experience.
Responsibilities
Schedule treatments and manage spa reservations.
Register guests and process payments, including room charges, credit cards, and cash.
Provide product and treatment recommendations to guests.
Promote wellness and ensure a high‑quality spa experience for every guest.
Qualifications
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Proficient in basic computer skills.
True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
