Training That Pays
Earn
$650 per week
during your first 4 weeks of over‑the‑road training
Train with experienced drivers while gaining real, hands‑on experience across multiple states
Be prepared for life on the road—this phase keeps you out consistently to build your skills fast
After training, step into a solo role earning $1,200–$1,600+ weekly, depending on your route.

Operate newer Freightliner trucks, primarily automatic, maintained for safety and comfort.

Take 2–5 days off after training
Meet your fleet manager, pick your route, and go solo

What You Need to Qualify
Must be 21 or older
Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card
CDL school graduate (within the past 2 years, 120+ hours required)
Clean driving record:
No excessive speeding (15+ mph over limit in last 2 years)
No more than one lifetime DUI
No unresolved tickets
Accident history (past 5 years) must be provided
Traffic citations from the past 3 years required
Able to pass DOT drug screening (hair or urine)
Clear background check
