Job Details
Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the state bar and in good standing.

5‑12 years of experience in real‑estate law, preferably with a focus on condominium or community association matters.

Strong understanding of condominium governance, property transactions, and related regulatory frameworks.

Excellent legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
