Position Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Flower Detail Specialist to maintain and enhance the appearance of a meticulously landscaped, multi-use property. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hands-on outdoor work and has an eye for maintaining vibrant, healthy plant displays.
Pay Range
$22-24/hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
5+ days per week (consistent, on-site presence required)
Responsibilities
Perform daily flower detailing to ensure beds, planters, and displays remain pristine
Water plants, flower beds, and landscaped areas as needed
Monitor plant health and report concerns promptly
Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on drip irrigation systems
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas
Collaborate with property management to uphold high aesthetic standards
Qualifications
Experience with plant care, landscaping, or horticulture preferred
Familiarity with irrigation systems (drip lines a plus)
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Dependable and able to work independently
