Design and Visualization Technician
Location: Franklin, Tennessee
Garver's Aviation team seeks a Design and Visualization Technician to join a growing group of experienced engineers, designers, and technical writers.
Responsibilities include developing conceptual design models and layouts for airport projects, including runways, taxiways, terminal construction, hangars, and more. The role also involves creating conceptual exhibits and graphic deliverables to communicate complex design solutions in unique ways.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High technological acumen
Preferred Skills
Certificate in Drafting with experience with AutoCAD
Knowledge of terminology, methods, practices, and techniques of airport design, planning, and civil engineering; ability to assist in other areas as needed
Skilled training in Autodesk Civil 3D, especially site grading applications
Skilled training in ArcGIS software
