Our product is best‑in‑market (we have an 85%+ h2h trial win rate) and is used by some of the leading companies in the world.
Overview We are looking for an exceptional Design Engineer to join our team in San Francisco. You will be the first Design Engineer at Ivo and have a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping Ivo’s product, user experience, and overall design strategy. You’ll work closely with the leadership and engineering to create intuitive, user‑centric designs that meet the needs of our customers. Ideally, you should be comfortable with both product design and front‑end engineering.
What You’ll Do Have significant input into the entire design and creative process
Deeply understand the product to create industry‑leading user experiences
Build out our front end and champion a reusable component system
Collaborate with our founders to define product strategy and roadmap priorities through a design lens
Ensure we keep our quality bar high while shipping fast
Your Qualifications 3+ years of experience in product design or front‑end development
Proficiency in Figma and React/Next.js or other modern tooling
Customer‑first mindset with a passion for solving real‑world problems
Experience in high‑velocity teams and motion at a fast pace

FAQ Compensation: USD salary range for this role is $150K–$230K. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
Remote work: Candidates must work in person, five days a week in our San Francisco office.
