Key Responsibilities

Support the design and development of digital learning solutions aligned to enterprise learning and development priorities

Analyze existing training materials and identify opportunities to adapt or redesign content for digital delivery

Contribute to learning design concepts for digital modules, including learner engagement, interaction, pacing, and practice opportunities

Assist with content organization, documentation, and quality review to ensure clarity and instructional effectiveness

Support translation and localization efforts for global learning programs, including coordination, review, and basic quality checks

Collaborate with stakeholders to capture design principles, insights, and lessons learned to inform future digital learning initiatives

Job Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field

Experience

0–2 years of relevant experience , which may include academic coursework, applied projects, internships, or early professional experience in learning design or digital content development

Core Skills & Knowledge

Foundational understanding of instructional design principles and how adults learn

Familiarity with digital learning formats such as e‑learning modules, microlearning, blended learning, or multimedia content

Comfort working hands‑on with content and tools (documents, presentations, collaboration platforms, learning assets)

Strong written communication skills in English , with the ability to review and refine learning content while preserving intent

Attention to detail , especially when reviewing learning materials and supporting localization or translation efforts

Analytical and critical thinking skills to assess learning content and suggest improvements for digital delivery

Nice to Have

Bilingual or multilingual capability

Exposure to global or cross-cultural learning environments

Basic awareness of translation or localization processes for learning content

Professional Attributes

Ability to collaborate across teams and regions

Self‑directed, organized, and able to manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision

Strong learning mindset , openness to feedback, and interest in digital learning innovation
