Overview
Beacon Hill is partnering with a nationally respected boutique regulatory practice to support the growth of its healthcare compliance team in Washington, D.C. The practice advises life sciences companies on nuances of compliance and enforcement-adjacent issues at the intersection of healthcare regulation and government oversight.
This position centers on advisory and counseling work for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies on matters involving fraud and abuse, pricing and reimbursement programs, and industry code compliance. Associates are embedded in small, collaborative teams, assume real responsibility early, and work closely with senior attorneys on complex, consequential compliance matters.
Responsibilities
Provide advisory and counseling support to pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients on healthcare regulatory matters, including fraud and abuse, pricing and reimbursement, and industry code compliance.
Operate within small, collaborative teams, taking on meaningful responsibility early and collaborating with senior attorneys on complex compliance matters.
Contribute to the development and execution of compliant strategies and risk assessments for clients in regulated industries.
Qualifications
Prior exposure to healthcare regulatory or compliance work, developed in a law firm, government, or in-house setting.
Interest in developing a durable healthcare compliance practice and ability to work across varying experience levels.
Strong writing and judgment; candidates with government backgrounds are welcome; genuine interest in private practice work is essential.
