We are seeking to hire Assemblers for our valued client in Fitchburg, WI!
Let’s talk about the available shift:
1st Shift Assemblers work Monday – Friday, 5:00am-1:00pm
The Pay for Assemblers:
1st Shift – $17/hr
Once hired on, the pay rate goes to well over $20/hr!
Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties
Assemble parts per work instruction into high quality product utilizing tools and fixtures
Utilize test equipment to ensure product is assembled correctly per quality expectations and other standards
Visually inspect parts and products for defects such as scratches, dents, slugs, pinched wires, etc.
Utilize workstation computer to read schedule, match parts to work orders, view work instructions, scan parts into inventory software, etc.
Adhere to safety standards
Uphold quality expectations
Train employees on procedures and techniques
Assist in defining work instructions
Housekeeping and workstation organization tasks
