
Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Immigration Litigation Attorney to join and grow our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law, with significant experience appearing before the Executive Office of Immigration Review and Immigration Court. This role requires a collaborative professional who thrives in a team‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Regularly appear in Immigration Court for master calendar and individual hearings, both in person and via WebEx
Prepare, review, and file applications with Immigration Court and USCIS
Conduct legal research and interpret current and anticipated immigration laws and regulations
Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on immigration matters before USCIS and the Executive Office of Immigration Review
Review scheduling orders and decisions with clients and advise on next steps
Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with clients
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state
Minimum of 4 years of litigation or immigration law experience
Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills
Excellent academic credentials (top 10-15% of class or GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred)
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Bilingual skills are a plus
