Responsibilities

Provides overall administrative support to Project Managers

Assists the Project Engineer with log maintenance

Attends and documents weekly staff meetings

Assists Superintendents as requested

Assists Project Manager/Project Engineers with monthly report production

Assists Project Manager/Superintendent with safety statistics monthly report

Assists Project Manager/Project Engineer in the documentation of punch listing process

Coordinates reproduction of contract documents, submittals, and blueprinting requests

Implements and maintains project filing system

Assists with other responsibilities as determined by the Project Executive/Project Manager

Maintains Gilbane inventory

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

High School diploma required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred

1-3 years of experience in the field or related area

Or equivalent combination of education and experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Some knowledge of commercial/institutional construction projects

Knowledge of Procore

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Strong technical and communication skills

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
