$17 per hour
3 weeks paid time off in the first year
401(k) with up to a 6% match

Position Purpose
The primary purpose of a Teller is to assist FreeStar Financial Credit Union in fulfilling our mission by identifying member needs, efficiently processing transactions and maintaining a consistent balancing record, in addition to suggesting products and services that would benefit our members.
Responsibilities
Observe all core values and abide by the standards of the position, supporting our values and providing superior customer service to members.
Provide efficient and accurate customer service in transactions, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals or transfers, in person and over the phone.
Provide members with account status as requested.
Balance daily the assigned cash drawer including all negotiable instruments.
Meet member needs by cross‑selling all products and services offered by the credit union and achieve the minimum sales standards as established by leadership.
Process night deposit and ATM transactions.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one year of cash handling experience.
Preferred knowledge of various federal regulations and the responsibilities relating to each act.
