Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Loan Officer role located in Longmont, CO. The Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, assisting members with financial solutions, and maintaining strong member relationships. Duties include interviewing loan applicants, analyzing creditworthiness, explaining loan terms and conditions, and managing loan requests to ensure compliance with federal regulations. The role will also involve working closely with members to identify their financial needs and providing personalized recommendations to meet their goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in loan evaluation, underwriting, and financial analysis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for member engagement
Attention to detail and proficiency in ensuring compliance with federal and organizational lending regulations
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with customer service and banking practices
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Prior experience in loan origination or financial services is a plus
Knowledge of local and federal lending laws and regulations
