We're looking for a
working Warehouse Lead
to oversee a small team (3 team members), keep operations running smoothly, and ensure our warehouse stays
organized, stocked, and job-ready
for our field teams.
This is not a desk job-you'll be
on the floor, leading by example .
What You'll Do
Lead and work alongside a team of 3 warehouse associates
Maintain a
clean, organized, and safe warehouse
at all times
Coordinate material and equipment for daily job needs
Load/unload trucks and manage incoming shipments
Track and maintain accurate inventory levels (min/max)
Verify deliveries, counts, and materials
Ensure technicians have the parts and equipment they need to succeed
Identify inefficiencies and improve warehouse processes
What We're Looking For
2+ years of warehouse or inventory experience
Prior leadership or "lead" experience preferred (even informal)
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to stay hands-on and work in a fast-paced environment
Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to learn)
Reliable, accountable, and takes pride in their workspace
