Responsibilities
As a Route Support Professional at Northwest you will:
Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating "Customers for Life."
Assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections.
Support pre- and post-construction termite treatments and monitor termite bait systems.
Anticipate and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions that ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Adhere to safety standards and regulations while operating company equipment and vehicles.
Partner with customer service, sales, and management to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Act as a brand ambassador—representing our values and image with every customer interaction.

Qualifications
What you need to succeed:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
No prior experience necessary.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments.
Physical Demands / Working Environment
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.)
Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
