About the role We are hiring a Document Control Administrator to manage all project documentation for NYC Health + Hospitals construction management assignments.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes
Administer document control systems including Kahua and/or Procore
Ensure version control, timely distribution, and complete project record retention through closeout
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes within required timeframes
Support Project Managers with pay requisition documentation and vendor compliance tracking
Compile and organize final project closeout records for OFD delivery
Qualifications
5+ years of document control experience on construction projects
Proficiency in Kahua strongly preferred; Procore, e-Builder, or equivalent acceptable
Experience with NYC public agency procurement and documentation requirements a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and written communication skills
Healthcare facility construction experience a plus
