Join our team as an HR Assistant! In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, helping ensure daily processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will assist with invoice processing and coding, P-card reconciliation, and the coordination of enterprise HR programs, while also supporting travel arrangements, meetings, and onboarding activities. Additionally, you will help maintain key departmental resources and systems, ensuring accuracy and organization across HR operations. Working closely with the HR Administrator, HR leadership, and cross-functional partners, you will play an important role in supporting a responsive, well‑organized HR function and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Compensation
Commensurate with experience from $24-$28 per hour, plus eligibility for annual bonus

How You Will Make An Impact
Manage operational expense processes, including invoice coding, expense report reconciliation, and HR-related chargebacks
Serve as a point of contact for general operational inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
Provide administrative support to HR leadership, including calendar coordination and travel logistics
Coordinate department meetings and events, including catering, vendor management, and hotel accommodations
Oversee onboarding logistics for Home Office new hires, including orientation scheduling and ID badge preparation
Administer internal programs such as Service Awards and Education Assistance at the enterprise level
Maintain departmental resources and operations, including distribution lists, org charts, inventory, and shared calendars
Support cross-functional needs such as IT requests, P-Card administration, employee recognition, and special projects
What You Will Need
Minimum of 1 year of HR experience or administrative assistance experience is preferred.
Must have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, flexibility, and be able to multi‑task.
Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
