Job Description
As an Intake Sales Person at Drew Fritsch Law Firm, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. You will assess their needs, determine if they are a good fit for our firm, and facilitate the initial steps of the onboarding process.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from potential clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Conduct initial screenings to understand the caller's legal needs and determine their suitability for our services.
Gather relevant information and documentation from potential clients.
Communicate clearly and effectively to explain the services our firm offers.
Schedule consultations and appointments with appropriate attorneys.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions with potential clients.
Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to ensure a smooth and efficient intake process.
Follow up with potential clients to provide additional information or answer questions as needed.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a legal setting.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other office tools.
A genuine interest in helping people and providing exceptional customer service.
