About the College/Unit/Department

The Office of Global Engagement consists of multiple offices offering services for International Initiatives, Global Education and risk management for international travelers, Immigration Services, International Centers Abroad, and Finance and Operations.

Logistics – assist with facilitating, or follow-up on meals, lodging, travel, and program activities.
Clerical – Collect and copy receipts, assists with grant participant activities, assist PI or Grant Coordinator with projects.
Other Duties as assigned, and provide driving back-up for supply or meal pickup.

Position Summary

This position will provide program assistance for the three international grants that are operating May through July 2022. The position will provide assistance for the grants by arranging and picking up meals and supplies, providing clerical support, collecting receipts from participants, assist with logistic planning and facilitation as directed. This position will work 10-12 hours per week throughout the summer.

Relevant / Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification

Experience with Microsoft Office.

Physical Demands

Sit at a desk for long periods of time, and lift up to 35 lbs. Driving to perform job related duties.
