We are seeking a reliable and hardworking laborer to join our team at a busy pallet recycling plant. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Sort, repair, and stack wooden pallets.
• Load and unload pallets from trucks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assist with general plant operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• No prior experience necessary; training provided.

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday.
• Competitive hourly wage starting at $10/hr.
