This is a hands-on role working alongside trial attorneys and supporting complex injury cases from pre-lit through discovery, arbitration, mediation, and trial.
What You’ll Do

Manage discovery, including interrogatories, notices to produce, depositions, and IMEs
Track trial schedules, coordinate client and expert availability, and manage deadlines
Retain and support experts, including IMEs, Affidavits of Merit, reports, and invoices
Handle liens, including Medicare, Medicaid, and healthcare providers; verify payments and secure final liens at settlement
Request and obtain medical records and billing for cases in suit
Draft, serve, and manage discovery responses; handle motions, arbitrations, and mediations
What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience in

plaintiff-side personal injury litigation is REQUIRED

(medical malpractice experience is a plus)
Strong organizational, multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Attention to detail and proactive, problem-solving mindset
Positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to supporting a high-performing legal team

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary range: $70,000 to $80,000+
The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education, certifications or other professional licenses held.
