Site Security Automation Cluster Lead

Job Description
As the local expert in automation and digital transformation, you plan and organize cross‑functional project teams and develop plans to execute strategies to meet business needs. You use your technical foundation and knowledge of the local strategy to drive digital transformation.
Responsibilities
Develop and align site roadmaps for automation upgrades and digital manufacturing transformation.
Lead the implementation and operation of OTN Automation and controls systems across cluster plants.
Lead a multi‑functional team to design, implement, and fully utilize new automation and digital solutions that deliver benefits for the cluster.
Spearhead project management responsibilities for capital projects as part of the automation and digital manufacturing transformation.
Track benefits and savings throughout project progression and ensure OTN‑based automation and control systems remain compliant.
Manage cyber security technology at the plant cluster in accordance with MINT standards.
Ensure the site complies with company standards for automation, infrastructure, and cyber security, developing and executing roadmaps and managing shared infrastructure delivery.
Own the continuity plan, including disaster recovery for OTN systems, aligning with local BCP and enterprise recovery procedures.
Collaborate with Cluster MDS Lead and Plant Champion on automation initiatives.
Develop cybersecurity and automation capabilities within the cluster.
Manage stakeholder relationships to optimize user compliance, process performance, and customer satisfaction.
Own the digitalization roadmap, implementing tools to increase the Digital Maturity Index across the site.
Escalate exceptions or improvement ideas to the regional Automation Lead.
Participate actively in global and regional automation and systems development and security communications.
Requirements
10 years of automation and project management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Experience with automation, IoT/i4.0 and cyber security technologies.

Salary and Benefits
The base salary range is $122,000 to $167,750, plus a competitive bonus program with potential for overachievement.
