is seeking a

Senior Front-End Engineer

to help design and build the user-facing experience for an Agentic AI platform that that enables secure, rapid development of AI-powered applications through natural language interfaces, agent builders, dashboards, and mission-level workflow orchestration.

This role will focus on creating intuitive, high-quality front-end experiences that make advanced platform capabilities accessible to developers, operators, and mission users. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in modern front-end engineering, especially React-based application development, along with experience building data-rich interfacing, workflow-centric user experiences, and scalable UI architecture.

You will partner closely with Labs research scientists, engineers, and leadership to translate complex agentic and orchestration capabilities into usable, compelling product experiences.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Design and build modern front-end applications for an Agentic AI platform using React and related technologies

Develop user interfaces for dashboards, workflow orchestration, agent builders, prompt configuration, execution monitoring, and mission-level application interaction

Create intuitive experiences that allow users to interact with AI-powered systems through natural language, structured controls, and visual workflow components

Build reusable UI components, front-end frameworks, and design patterns that support rapid product development and consistency across applications

Partner with backend, platform, and AI engineering teams to integrate APIs, real-time data, orchestration services, and agent execution outputs into responsive interfaces

Develop front-end solutions for data visualization, status tracking, user feedback loops, approval workflows, and operational analytics

Improve usability, performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and maintainability across product interfaces

Help define front-end architecture, state management approaches, testing strategy, and engineering standards

Contribute to product design discussions with strong input on interaction models, workflow usability, and user-centered design for complex technical systems

Support secure UI patterns for authentication, authorization, experience tailoring, and controlled access to platform capabilities

Mentor other engineers and contribute to a high-quality engineering culture

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years with a Master's degree, or 3+ years with a PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field

Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in front-end engineering, UI engineering, or full-stack software engineering with strong front-end focus

Strong hands-on experience with React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and component-based front-end architecture

Experience building data-rich dashboards, operational UIs, or workflow-centric product interfaces

Strong knowledge of front-end application patterns including state management, API integration, performance optimization, and reusable component design

Experience working with REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, or other service integration approaches

Experience with front-end testing and tools for quality, maintainability, and regression prevention

Strong understanding of responsive design, usability, and accessibility best practices

Strong written and verbal communication skills

US Citizenship is a requirement for this position

Desired Qualifications

Experience building interfaces for AI-enabled products, copilots, workflow systems, or orchestration platforms

Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts such as agent workflows, tool invocation, execution monitoring, and human-in-the-loop tasking

Experience with dashboard libraries, visual workflow builders, or graph-based UI patterns

Experience with enterprise authentication, RBAC-aware UI patterns, and secure application design

Familiarity with design systems, reusable component libraries, and front-end platformization

Experience supporting no-code or low-code product experiences

Exposure to mission systems, operational platforms, or decision-support tooling

Experience working in product environments where usability and speed-to-delivery are both critical

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
