About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation of various types of fences, including wood, vinyl, and chain-link.
Help prepare job sites by clearing debris and ensuring tools are organized.
Support lead installers by measuring and cutting materials accurately.
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks.
Communicate effectively with team members and to ensure satisfaction.
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience in construction is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is advantageous.
