About Us
PuroClean of South Chesapeake is a growing, family-owned restoration company serving the Hampton Roads community. When homes flood, pipes burst, or mold takes over, our team steps in to solve the problem and help families get their homes back.
We are looking for a dependable Lead Technician who can take ownership of projects, lead a crew, and deliver high-quality work. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in leadership, professionalism, and doing difficult work the right way.
What You’ll Do
Lead mitigation crews on water, mold, fire, and cleanup projects
Set containment, drying equipment, and monitor moisture levels
Perform extraction, demolition, cleaning, and remediation
Document jobs with photos, moisture logs, and equipment tracking
Communicate job progress with customers and the office
Requirements
IICRC WRT and ASD required (AMRT preferred)
2+ years water mitigation experience
Experience leading crews or running jobs independently
Familiar with restoration software (DASH, MICA, Mitigate or similar)
Ability to work in crawlspaces, attics, and physically demanding environments
Willing to handle sewage, biohazard, and difficult cleanup tasks
