Overview
This paid 12-week internship provides hands-on professional experience in accounting tasks currently performed by the team, including journal entry and reconciliation preparation, vendor consideration contract review, billing preparation, cash application and coding, and other assigned projects.
Responsibilities
Assist with journal entry and reconciliation preparation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Review vendor consideration contracts and support related analyses.
Prepare billing and assist with cash application and coding activities.
Support additional accounting projects as assigned by the team.
Qualifications
The internship program is 12 weeks, and interns are expected to work within normal business hours, 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with a focus in Accounting and an anticipated graduation date between May 2026 and December 2026, or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s in Accounting.
A GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred.
