Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will work closely with business partners and senior team members to gather reporting requirements and understand business needs. You will develop and support Workday reports and datasets using Workday reporting tools, analyze and validate data for accuracy, and collaborate with the team to design and deliver reporting solutions that support operational and financial decision‑making.

Responsibilities
Accounting Systems – Business Intelligence – Associate

role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care, so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

Support production reporting and operational activities by assisting with identifying and addressing business and reporting needs, working closely with customers, business partners, and senior team members.

Develop, maintain, and support Workday Report Writer outputs, including production reports, controls, and reconciliations, and collaborate with the team on Workday Prism Analytics datasets and reporting pipelines that support financial and operational reporting.

Execute and support reporting controls and automated reporting processes within Workday and Prism to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable reporting.

Gather and clarify reporting requirements, perform data analysis, and validate data to support business decision‑making and ongoing production reporting needs.

Troubleshoot production issues and data discrepancies, research root causes, and collaborate with multiple teams to resolve reporting, data, or technical issues in accordance with established standards and controls.

Shows curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we work.

Desired Experience
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Experience developing and supporting production reports using Workday Report Writer, including execution of reporting controls and reconciliations.

Experience gathering reporting requirements, performing data analysis, and troubleshooting production data or reporting issues in a controlled environment.

Working knowledge of Workday Prism Analytics; exposure to Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, and/or JIRA is a plus.

Compensation
The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications. This position is eligible to participate in a Fannie Mae incentive program (subject to the terms of the program).
