Indiana University Health is seeking a mission‑driven Administrative Coordinator who brings a specialized focus on financial integrity to the Mosaic Center. This role is vital for ensuring fiscal health and regulatory compliance of our workforce development initiatives. The Mosaic Center is a purpose‑driven initiative dedicated to providing youth and adults across Indiana with the skills, resources, and confidence needed to achieve meaningful careers in healthcare. Reports to: Executive Director - Workforce Development
Direct reports: None
Shift: Full time; Monday - Friday
Location: Mosaic Center - Indianapolis, IN
The Scope
The Administrative Coordinator provides high‑autonomy support to directors and senior leaders. This role manages the financial lifecycle coordination for the Mosaic Center, with a specific focus on grant‑funded budgets and complex fund accounting to ensure seamless operations:
Lead budget structuring, planning, and reconciliation across multiple fund codes.
Ensure adherence to donor and internal policies while managing quarterly financial reporting.
Direct all AP/AR, purchase orders, invoices, and expense report processing.
Drive financial tracking and data interpretation using Oracle, QuickBooks, and Excel.
Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for this position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
Intermediate experience receiving, analyzing, and interpreting complex data and information.
Experience with a matrix organization and complex work environment is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
