Role Overview
We are seeking a Scrum Master to backfill a temporary position. This role maintains delivery flow and upholds Agile practices for a technical team, ensuring project continuity and efficient team operation during the interim period.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies for a technical, integration-focused team.
Provide coaching and servant leadership to the development team and stakeholders.
Manage and maintain the team's workflow within Azure DevOps (ADO).
Partner with Business Analysts, Development, QA, Project Managers, and business stakeholders.
Uphold and improve established Agile practices and delivery flow.
Ensure clear communication and engagement across all project stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Senior‑level experience as a Scrum Master, particularly with technical or integration‑focused teams. Candidates must be local to Chicago and able to work in the office as needed.
Advanced expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO) is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
Agile certifications are highly desirable.
Previous experience within the Healthcare or IT sectors is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly pay range of $60.00 to $70.00. Specific benefits information for contract roles can be discussed during the application process.
