Vetted is seeking a RN - Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel job in Maryville, Tennessee . This contract pays approximately $9,511/month gross. Contract length: Shift length: 12 hour shifts Start Date: ASAP Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates. Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record. Maintain infection prevention practices and safe medication administration standards. Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
