This is a flexible opportunity with two compensation models (Guaranteed vs Non-Guaranteed hours) and is open to new graduates . Coverage Area Area 1: Fremont, Castro Valley, Ashland, Cherryland, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Union City Area 2: Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont Compensation Model Options Option 1: Guaranteed Hours Guaranteed: 36 hours/week Productivity Requirement: 27 points/week Must be flexible to travel outside assigned area or work weekends if needed Refusing patients voids guaranteed hours Not applicable during first/last week, holidays, or approved time off Option 2: Non-Guaranteed Hours Paid on a per-visit basis No guaranteed hours Weekend coverage may be required Flexibility to travel outside service area Must be willing to see COVID / PUI patients Productivity & Points System 1 Visit = 1 Point = 1.33 Hours Includes: Evaluations, Re-certifications, OASIS visits, Discharges, Follow-ups, etc. Compensation covers: Travel time Patient visits Documentation Communication (calls with patients/doctors) Key Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services in a home health setting Evaluate and develop individualized care plans Perform OASIS assessments and documentation Educate patients and caregivers on therapy and recovery Travel between patient homes within assigned territory About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
