NextGen Program
Our Program provides you with countless opportunities to build the career of your dreams — all while being surrounded by the power of cycling. This 18-month program includes an international assignment (Switzerland, Taiwan, United States) at one of our key innovation centers. You’ll establish a global network of teammates within our organization and receive mentorship from our experienced senior leaders.
