Role Overview
This role is hybrid, requiring onsite work Tuesday-Thursday from our West Hills, CA office and remote work Monday/Friday.

The HRBP Coordinator enables a consistent, efficient, and scalable HRBP operating model by owning core HRBP processes. The role partners closely with the Centers of Excellence (COEs), People Operations, and ER to ensure accurate employee data, seamless execution of compensation and workforce activities, and strong operational support across key HRBP cycles. This role reports to the Vice President, HRBP and ER.

Key Responsibilities

Support HRBPs in developing materials for the annual Organizational Talent Review (OTV, engagement surveys, and leadership meetings).

Draft HR communications and materials for leaders and employees.

Coordinate communications and follow-ups with COEs on key HR initiatives.

Support logistics and coordination for various HR programs and training.

Partner with People Operations to ensure employee data in Workday is accurate, including organizational changes, reporting relationships, cost centers, and job profiles.

Audit and validate data to ensure consistency and integrity across systems.

Calculate severance and provide recommendations to HRBPs.

Draft compensation‑related letters (e.g., promotions, market adjustments, retention bonuses) with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

Provide a consistent format for compensation recommendations for HRBPs to review and share with leadership.

Coordinate aspects of the year‑end cycle, such as calibration sessions, scheduling, agenda development, and reporting support.

Review market data recommendations to ensure accuracy throughout the year‑end process.

Partner with People Operations during I‑9 audits.

Ensure employee relations documentation (e.g., Written Warnings, Final Warnings, PIPs) is properly maintained in Workday and HRA.

Process system transactions, including seat creation and organizational updates.

Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies with HR and COEs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in HR coordination or related administrative/operational support roles.

Exceptional attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Proactive problem‑solver who identifies opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Demonstrates a growth mindset, curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Displays strong professional maturity, a positive can‑do attitude, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to take direction and execute effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
National Target Base Pay Range: $46,000 - $76,000. For California and New York metro, the range is $52,000 - $85,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job‑related skills. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering, which may include an annual performance bonus, medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.
