Overview
This Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role provides administrative support to financial advisors and their client teams.

Responsibilities

Provide client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions.

Handle account opening, transfers, and other requests; process transactions; maintain accurate records.

Schedule appointments, prepare materials, manage correspondence, and support marketing initiatives.

Maintain and update SOPs, support branch business plans.

Use MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.

Operate independently under the direction of the financial advisor.

Qualifications & Skills

Analytical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability.

Conversational skills, digital tool utilization, team collaboration.

Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Compensation
Hiring Minimum: $21.38
Hiring Maximum: $23.14
