Qualifications
Proficiency with SQL programming and relational databases
Experience working with backend development frameworks (C# preferred)
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Understanding of the role OpenText and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) play within an organization
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a collaborative enterprise environment
Preferred Skills
Exposure to OpenText
Experience working with enterprise content management (ECM) systems
Familiarity with REST APIs or system integrations
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components supporting OpenText Content Server solutions
Build and enhance web interfaces using HTML, jQuery, and Bootstrap
Support application logic and integrations using C# or similar backend technologies
Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts
Assist with OpenText Content Server configuration, including workspace setup and system configuration
Develop or modify OpenText WebReports to support reporting and automation needs
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot application issues and improve system performance
Support integrations with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure acceptable)
Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform enhancements
