At Boeing, the Corporate Communications team is seeking an

Executive Office Administrator (EOA)

to support senior executives in our Defense & Space business. The position will be based in either

Berkeley, MO

or

Arlington, VA

and requires a 100% onsite presence at the selected location.

Position Responsibilities

Prioritize and plan events, including agendas, meeting spaces, badging, transportation, and other logistics for meetings, media tours, and video/photo shoots at Boeing facilities.

Process incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information; manage business processes (e.g., PRO-6), vendor coordination, and invoicing.

Verbalize a wide variety of information to multiple audiences; track and maintain information related to department and business operations.

Create, edit, and maintain electronic and written communication such as announcements, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and notes utilizing Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and AI-enabled tools.

Maintain office supplies, distribution lists, group calendars, and Boeing files and applications; manage and coordinate branded assets such as banners and signage.

Coordinate domestic and international business travel, monitor traveler logistics, generate expense reports, and reconcile corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.

Work outside normal business hours on occasion to support statement of work.

Promote teamwork and contribute value-added ideas to the team; work under limited supervision.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience providing administrative support to multiple executives, managers, and staff members.

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with written and verbal communication across global audiences, including experience in Communications and Brand.

Experience partnering with executives to develop and manage the operating rhythm/cadence for executive leadership teams.

Experience creating and sustaining effective working relationships with internal coworkers, executives, and external partners while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

Experience with Concur or a similar travel and expense management program.

Experience functioning as a liaison between customers and senior executives, with superior work prioritization and multi-tasking capabilities.

Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.

A high attention to detail, self-starter, results-driven.

Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $72,250 - $104,650 per year. Boeing offers a competitive Total Rewards package, including a base salary, variable compensation opportunities, and eligible employees can enroll in a variety of benefit programs such as health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off.
