Interactive Teller
Canopy Credit Union is looking for a purpose driven individual to join our creative community as an Interactive Teller. Salary : $19.00 - $22.50/hr DOE
Bi-lingual wage premium : $1.00/hr

Requirements
Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred.
High school degree or GED required.
Job Responsibilities

Demonstrate efficiency with financial transactions for checking, savings and borrowing.
Receive funds, post transactions and pay out funds as requested. Verbally confirm intended transactions with member to assure needs are met and minimize redoing.
Balance cash drawer daily to assure accuracy in transactions and notify supervisor regarding any outages, appropriately applying policies.
Issue Cashier’s checks, receive currency for coin and verify amounts, cash checks according to written procedures.
Research, troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquiries regarding policies, practices and products.
Receive loan payments and savings deposits from member, address inquiries on accounts, record amounts and dates of payments and other significant information, check member calculations and validate checks and/or count cash payments.
Assist other departments and branches with transactions as needed, provide support for the department and Branch Managers in fulfilling member requests and merchant verifications.
Create and maintain a clean, neat, pleasant work environment by maintaining a professional look (i.e. dress, posture, attitude, etc.), positive outlook and behavior toward members and co‑workers.
Other duties as assigned.
Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
