Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in machine design, specifically in high-pressure pump systems, including crank-driven and plunger pump architectures. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex designs involving pressures of 20,000 psi and above, with a focus on crank and plunger components.

Responsibilities:
Please Note- Only those with Plunger Pump Design experience will only be considered for this role.
Design, analyze, and optimize high-pressure 20,000 psi+ crank-driven, 3 or 5 plunger pump systems.
Develop detailed mechanical drawings and specifications for pump components, with particular attention to crank and plunger sections.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet performance, safety, and durability standards.
Support prototype development, testing, and troubleshooting of high-pressure pump systems.
Maintain documentation and technical reports related to design processes and testing outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in machine design, especially high-pressure pump systems 20,000 psi . Specific experience with crank-driven, multi-plunger 3 or 5 pump designs.
In-depth knowledge of crank mechanisms and plunger component design and functionality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with CAD software e.g., Must have current SolidWorks experience , AutoCAD . Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Travel 10%
