Credence has an immediate need for an Administrative Specialist to support HQ AFMC A4/10 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
The Headquarters Air Force Material Command Directorate of Logistics, Civil Engineering, Force Protection, and Nuclear Integration (HQ AFMC/A4/10) has the AFMC mission responsibility to shape the workforce and infrastructure to provide logistics, sustainment, and installation support for acquisition logistics, supply management, depot maintenance, and base-level logistics operations, and deliver responsive strategic facility and infrastructure oversight and over-arching direction for all Major Command (MAJCOM) security operations—resulting in war-winning expeditionary capabilities.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily administrative activities to ensure seamless operations within HQ AFMC A4/10-1001.0
Organize and maintain records, reports, and documents in compliance with established regulations and policies
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Support travel arrangements and expense reporting for division personnel
Maintain communication and correspondence on behalf of the division leadership
Assist in the preparation of briefings, presentations, and reports for leadership review
Ensure adherence to all applicable security and confidentiality protocols
Manage logistics for events and special projects as directed
Requirements
Clearance: Secret
Minimum of ten years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a military or federal government environment
Demonstrated proficiency in office management software and communication tools
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Prior experience supporting Air Force or Department of Defense organizations is an advantage
Familitariy with TMT or other suspense tracking system
