Installer Fence Technician Carpenter Growth Opportunity to Lead

Gator Strong Services is seeking a skilled and dependable installer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in fence installation who is looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential to grow into a crew lead position.

We perform high-quality work in fencing, decks, and hurricane shutters, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and can be trusted on a job site.

Responsibilities:

Install residential and commercial fencing (wood, aluminum, chain link, vinyl)

Assist with deck construction and general carpentry tasks

Install hurricane shutters and related components

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Communicate effectively with team members and help keep projects on schedule

Qualifications:

Proven experience in fence installation required

Carpentry and/or deck-building experience preferred

Ability to read measurements, use power tools, and follow project specifications

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Preferred (Not Required):

Experience leading small crews or managing portions of a job site

Ability or desire to grow into a leadership role within the company

Compensation: $18–$22 per hour starting pay, with higher compensation available based on experience and leadership ability
