Additional Information About the RoleOur nursing staff provides pre- and post-operative care to the wide variety of interventions needed for peripheral vascular disease patients. Surgical services include endoluminal and open repair ofthoracic and abdominal aortic aneurysms, thoracic outlet decompression, carotid artery angioplasty and stenting, carotid endarterectomies, dialysis access (fistulas and grafts), catheter-directed thrombolysis, and various bypasses and stents for aorto-iliac and lower extremity occlusive disease and upper extremity occlusive disease.
