Good experience in Customer Support attitude, Active Directory (AD) user/group management, permissions, OU structure, troubleshooting
Good experience in SCCM
Good experience in Office 365 / Microsoft 365 Admin Center
Good experience configuring and managing Windows Update policies in Intune
Good experience monitoring, reporting on, and maintaining Windows update compliance
Good Communication skills
