Role
To ensure the SCADA Modernization Program is executed by qualified and experienced personnel, the Vendor shall propose a staffing model with clearly defined roles that includes appropriately credentialed resources across architecture, application development, integration, and operations.
Minimum Certifications
Ignition Gold Certified Integrator status required
Ignition Core Certification
Ignition Perspective Certification
UX/UI certifications or formal training with demonstrated industrial HMI experience (e.g., ISA 101 High Performance HMI)
SQL Server enterprise database certifications supporting database architecture, advanced stored procedures, SQL programming, SQL clustering, HADR implementation, SQL schema design, and high-volume performance tuning
Microsoft Certified .NET Developer C
Professional Python certification
Preferred Certifications
AVEVA System Platform Certified Developer
Java SE Programmer certification for Ignition SDK or module development
Apache Kafka developer certification or equivalent experience
Staffing Commitments
Vendors shall identify key personnel by role, including resumes and relevant project experience.
Substitution of key resources after award shall require prior approval.
Certification claims may be subject to verification.

The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location, job level, and factors including job-related skills, experience, education, or training.
