Hours:
Monday through Friday 10:30pm-7:00am
We are seeking a hands‑on Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor to support our bakery operations on 3rd shift. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials in and out of the facility while maintaining high standards for food safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll lead the warehouse team, oversee shipping and inventory, and partner closely with production to meet daily goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff; provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
Oversee shipping and receiving, including scheduling carriers and ensuring accurate, on‑time deliveries
Monitor inventory levels, cycle counts, and support monthly inventory processes
Ensure FIFO practices are followed for all materials and finished goods
Maintain compliance with food safety and quality standards (GMP, HACCP, DOT)
Assign daily tasks, adjust staffing as needed, and support production schedules
Resolve discrepancies with shipments, invoices, and documentation
Ensure safe operation of forklifts and warehouse equipment
Promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Partner cross‑functionally to ensure smooth operations and communication
Qualifications
5+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience (food industry highly preferred)
Prior leadership or supervisory experience
Experience with inventory systems and Microsoft Office (SAP a plus)
Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
This is a physical, on‑site role in a food manufacturing setting. Requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs.). Includes varying temperatures, noise, and exposure to flour dust.
