Responsibilities
Set up, calibrate, and operate immersion ultrasonic testing (UT) equipment
Perform inspections on aerospace components in accordance with specifications and procedures
Interpret ultrasonic data to identify defects and determine part acceptability
Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records
Ensure compliance with applicable standards (NAS 410 or equivalent) and customer requirements
Communicate findings and non-conformances with internal teams
Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Requirements
Current or recent Level II Ultrasonic Testing (UT) certification
Hands-on experience with immersion UT systems preferred
Strong understanding of ultrasonic testing principles, including sound wave behavior and transducer use
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or highly regulated environments is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
