Dispatch Agents
to join a local Tulsa team in a fast-paced
alarm monitoring center
supporting customers across the U.S. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career in a

where quick thinking, strong communication, and customer care matter.
Key Responsibilities
Real-Time Monitoring & Decision Making:
Monitor alarm signals, assess situations quickly, and take appropriate action while staying calm under pressure
Emergency Dispatch & Communication:
Coordinate with emergency services and handle outbound calls with confidence and professionalism
Multitasking & System Navigation:
Manage multiple screens, calls, and alerts at once while maintaining speed and accuracy
Documentation & Attention to Detail:
Accurately log all activity and follow structured procedures without missing critical steps
Team Contribution:
Work collaboratively in a fast-moving environment where communication and reliability matter
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical Requirements:
Typing speed of 30+ WPM | Comfortable with extended computer use
Good Attendance:
Must be able to maintain very reliable attendance.
Pre-Employment:
Background check, drug screen, and required assessments
Pay & Benefits
Compensation:
$16/hour (Weekly Pay)
Tulsa, OK | On-Site | 24/7 Operation
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM - May Include weekends & holidays
Eligible candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
