What You’ll Do:
Purchasing fertilizer products for our retail locations
Provide backup to counterparts to cover vacation, illness or during busy season
Special projects and other departmental tasks as needed
Review purchase requests for our internal locations to determine the order meets necessary criteria
Ensure product meets procurement direction
Confirm price, minimum order quantity, price and terms
Place order with supplier and confirm Purchase Order with requesting location
Coordinate the return of product to vendors under various scenarios
Work with Accounts Payable on any pricing discrepancies and make necessary corrections
Submit requests for new SKUs and for changes to SKUs also providing the necessary back-up information needed to do so
Communicate with Administrative Coordinators to determine needs, Supplier Customer Service Representatives & Accounts Payable team
Other special projects and tasks as needed
What You’ll Bring:
Associate’s degree in Business Management or Accounting is preferred but not required
Valid CA Driver’s License
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs, especially Excel
Ability to prioritize tasks
Excellence in customer service
Good organizational skills
The hourly range for this role in Loveland, CO, is between $18.00 - $26.00. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
