Play a foundational role in scaling the civil engineering practice over time

Address code compliance issues and coordinate with local jurisdictions
Participate in construction administration including submittals, RFIs, and field observations
Contribute to business development through client relationships and project pursuits
Support long-term planning for an in-house civil practice with depth and redundancy
What the Hiring Team Is Looking For
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
